Good fruit from the world
Good fruit from the world
Agricola Gloria has been based in Italy, in Tuscany, since its foundation. The company aims at technological innovation in the management, preservation, storage and distribution of fresh produce from all over the world, without ever forgetting its own history and tradition. This company has always been dedicated to sourcing ‘good fruit from around the world’ and then redistributing it to have products available all year round. Agricola Gloria selects its partners based on the quality and wholesomeness of the goods, and is thus able to have excellent continuity of supply. Thanks to a modern expansion policy, it is also one of the largest ripening centres in Italy with its own warehouse in Azzano San Paolo (Bergamo/Italy), with a covered warehouse of more than 8,000 square metres, equipped with 42 banana ripening cells for a capacity of 65,000 cartons and 10 refrigerated cells for fruit storage.
International Quality Management Systems
In addition to specialising in the trade of imported fruit and vegetables, Agricola Gloria also offers storage and logistics services to third parties. The plant is located in Porcari in the province of Lucca, 50 km from the port of Livorno, in a strategic and optimal position for sorting goods throughout Italy. The plant is located along the A11 Firenze-mare motorway, travelled by approximately 50,000 vehicles per day.
